'Ready messages' Update

- Improved message structure message 'ready'

Checking a specific option during your experiment creation, you can ask Xtribe to send you user data along with 'ready' messages. Until now, you could find inside those data a 'guid' intended to be an id that identifies the user. Today, 'guid' has been removed from userdata, for his redundancy with 'clientId', which is sended along with the same message. Please use only 'clientId' to identify your users.
