xtreemfs adding multiple directories/disk to pool

Hi, there.

I have a question. Let's say, that I have two machines with 4 drives each ex. (/dev/vda/test /dev/vdb/test2 /dev/vdc/test3 /dev/vde/test4)

Is it possible to add all disks/directories to the xtreemfs pool, because, currently when I'm creating pool, it exposes only / (root) disk on each machine.

Hi,

you can spawn multiple (four, in your case) OSDs per machine, each with a different object_dir, pointing to the respective disk. Then you should be able to have all four disks exposed.
