I am able to connect my Droid Bionic to my laptop, but when I tried to
set up the connection to my desktop computer (using LAN settings and
Simple Connect) I get the following message:

Connection Closed
The server does not possess a
valid server authentication
certificate and cannot initialize the
External Security Protocol
Provider (section 5.4.5).

Hi Mike,

there appears to be a problem with RDP SSL certificate on the desktop
computer. You can workaround this problem by connecting using the RDP
security protocol: go to the server settings in the Xtralogic RDC, on
the Advanced tab select "RDP Security" as Security layer.

Thanks,

Thank you. That solved the problem.
