are you using the new edition of the 4.x?
Please collect the app's log:
-reproduce the problem
-without closing the app, right click anywhere on the app (when it
is not connected)
-select inspect and go to Console
-right click in the console window and select 'Save as ...'

Some of my colleagues are using the app, but copy and paste doesn't seem to work properly, even though I've enabled clipboard access in the settings. Could there be something else in the background that needs to be adjusted?
