(Bug) Fixed garbled text in graphs when XTide is linked with Xaw or Xaw3d and the font specified for graphfont (-gf) does not start with the NUL character (0x00).

(Tweak) Improved behavior of text selection and editing in control panel text fields when XTide is linked with Xaw3dXft.

(Code rot) Updated configure.ac for changes to Autotools.

(Note) The Xaw3dXft bug that caused lines of text in the location list window to overlap each other on high DPI displays was fixed in libXaw3dXft v1.6.3.

To do: Aging has placed XTide in the undesirable category of legacy X apps that require ugly scaling by the desktop to prevent things from becoming tiny on a 4k display. A significant renovation of the GUI is needed:

Migrate from Xaw/Xaw3d/Xaw3dXft to (maybe) FLTK, acquiring native Wayland support as a bonus.
Make all displayed windows scalable.
