Deploying plugins that use Xtend

Hi!

Until now, I have included the library bundles required by Xtend in my projects, so that i know they are available. For a current project, I have multiple plugins that use xtend and that may be deployed separately, so I thought the libraries would be available as a runtime feature, but it doesn't feel that is correct.

It works nicely when building and installing in Eclipse, but if I refer to one of these projects in a target platform, i get errors at runtime: xtend libs are not found.  I tried adding Xtend IDE and/or Xtext SDK, but still without success.

How can I make the library plugins available in a target platform?
