Why does github site not show the latest releases?

I see that although XStream is up to v1.4.19, the github site (https://github.com/x-stream/xstream ) only lists v1.4.8 as the latest (and only) release. I see there are recent changes in the repo, but it appears you aren't listing the releases of it in the github repo. I was intending to add a watch for releases, but that will be pointless if you don't register releases there.
