What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. svn checkout http://xspec.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ xspec-read-only
2. cd xspec-read-only/editors/oxygen/
3. ant install

What is the expected output?
BUILD SUCCESSFUL

What do you see instead?
BUILD FAILED
build.xml:21: Warning: Could not find file /.../xspec-read-only/xspec.rnc
to copy.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
xspec: svn trunk
<oXygen/>: 13.1
OS: Unix

The attached patch corrects the editors/oxygen/build.xml
