We have just published the pre-release of XSockets.NET v5 to Nuget.

We are writing documentation for the new version, but some basic information can be found here http://xsockets.net/release-notes

There may be some additional features added before the final release

2015-06-08 - v5.0.0 Alpha1 is released on nuget.

Hi all

XSockets v5 is now in BETA and we have some very interesting news :)

As of beta4 we have support for MQTT in XSockets.NET - the implementation is based on Paolo Patiernos GnatMQ / M2Mqtt.

You can test MQTT in XSockets, take a look here: https://github.com/XSockets/MQTT

Among other things we are also adding support for running the server on mobile devices such as IPhone/Android etc via Xamarin
