1. Core Java (Encapsulation, Inheritance, Exception Handling, JDBC, Collections)
2. At least 3 years of active automation experience in one or more of the following (Selenium, RestAssure, Postman JavaScript automation, JMeter) Having two or more of these will be what I am looking for.
1. I won't consider QTP as automation experience
2. Selenium (POM, XPath/CSS Selectors, Grid)
3. Restful (RestAssured, Java JSON, GSON, Postman Scripting, etc)
4. JMeter, Tsung, Gatling, Artillery or any other load testing tool
3. Postman/Advance Rest Client/Swagger Restful testing experience 
4. Unit testing frameworks (JUnit or TestNG)
1. TestNG preferably
