How to Unsubscribe

I'd like to unsubscribe my current address and subscribe with another.  I've sent emails to soft...@listproc.autodesk.com with unsubscribe in the subject and body and that doesn't seem to work.  Is there another way?

How to subscribe and unsubscribe:

To subscribe:
Send an email to softimag...@listproc.autodesk.com<mailto:softimag...@listproc.autodesk.com> subject: subscribe
Then reply to the confirmation email that is sent back to you.

To unsubscribe:
Send an email to softimag...@listproc.autodesk.com<mailto:softimag...@listproc.autodesk.com> subject: unsubscribe
Then reply to the confirmation email that is sent back to you.

To subscribe in digest mode:
Send an email to softimag...@listproc.autodesk.com<mailto:softimag...@listproc.autodesk.com> subject: subscribe <password> digest
Then reply to the confirmation email that is sent back to you.
(Note: for daily digest mode you need to specify a password when subscribing.
