[Feature suggestion] Clips library workflow like material libraries.

Would it be possible to have the same the library workflow that we have for materials also implemented for clips.  As it is right now, we are left with a mammoth list of clips that we can't easily organize, export or share.

Even if not a full-blow library workflow, just being able to create groups/folders/bins (choose your terminology preference!) of clips to help clear clutter would be a godsend...

Just throwing it out there.
