Not quite the same, but if you go to Transform->Transform Preferences, in the Increments tab you can change the "Rotate degrees" value to something smaller then when you rotate with snapping (by holding Shift when rotating) it might be easier to get those specific angles you desire.

Well, I could also type 30+ in the xrot input field, but I want to know how much I interactively changed an SRT value. The translate input fields only show the world space value. Or did I miss something?
Here's a screenshot of what it looks like in 3ds max. Quite unreadable on wireframes, though.
Another way where the relative values could be shown: Camera Visibility > Stats > Show Local Transform SRT Params.
