SDK: How is the order of evaluation of code for same event handled ?

Hi all,
If I have the same event, like "OnBeginOpenScene" registered in more than one plugin, in what order the events are evaluated. For example if plugin_A has some code for "OnBeginSceneOpen" and pluin_B has some other code for the same event, which piece of code will run first ?
