in the past we had a lot of troubles to help our clients order motionbuilder licenses. We simple didn't get replies.

I hope I don't have to experiences difficulties to order Softimage products ;-(

Autodesk should have become already an expert in buying out companies and do a smooth transition. ;-)

That was a lame attempt at humour that could be taken the wrong way. As
far as I'm aware XSI support is still being handled by the same people
who have always handled it and there's no reason at all to suppose it
will continue to be anything other than the excellent support it always
has been.
