That was a crazy time with the porting of Softimage|3D to windowsNT and the
comparative times to a Silicon Graphics box.
The price of NT machines opened a door for individuals to 'go solo'.
Fun times.
Although..... network dogfight on a bunch of SGI's was a lot of fun too....
