Anyone else getting this random duplication of nodes?
Not a major problem but can be annoying and slow to delete.

The only time I've seen similar behaviour is when importing / exporting
compounds - sometimes the exporter screws it up and dumps the contents out
and tries to reconnect everything uip in amusing random ways. That does look
quite impressive though.

I reported that during beta, they fixed it but I still get it sometimes (like once in a month).
If you have a clean repro steps for this bug, report to the support.

i had this several times. once, with a camera. it had around 100 unconnected lensshaders ;-)
stid thing is, if you have a lot of nodes then the nice cleanup function gets slow ...

Yes, I've experienced something similar, but for me it occurs in the
preset manager. When I export compounds it duplicates everything in a
specific category sublist and the list items get confused. There can be
4 items in the list to start with, after five or six compound exports
there can be up to 20 or more duplicate items in that sublist which
shouldn't be there. Pulling one name from the list and dropping it into
the tree is hit and miss, it can potentially be a compound totally
unassociated with the name in the list. So far its only affected one
user sublist in a specific category, and it occurs in that sublist
regardless what category the newly exported compound is being sent to,
which suggests to me that there is an offending compound which causes it
all. But I haven't determined what the offender is yet. Restarting
resets everything back to normal.
