Xsera Sound Replacement

This is specifically for Alastair, nfreader, and Taylor, but anyone
who has experience in sound making and / or modification can help.

I have 23 sounds that need to be replaced for Xsera, due to copyright
issues. Out of them, 8 have adequate replacements that need to be
modified, while the rest (15, if I can count) need to be made from
scratch. I'm uploading the sounds that need to be replaced, some
substitutes I found online, and instructions on how to fix up the
sounds that need to be modified.
