Created test\xruby\test.rb to host our tests

As test::unit is usable now, I created a file called 'test\xruby\test.rb' to
host our own tests. Everyone is enouraged to add test cases there.

I am still working on test cases copied from c ruby. And you can see my
progress on tihs wiki page:

As it is May now, we will do a 0.2.0 release soon. But obviously we can only
make about half of test cases passed in this release.
