xrpl.js 2.5.0 released

A new version of xrpl.js is now available on GitHub and npm.

This adds support for the ExpandedSignerList amendment (https://xrpl.org/known-amendments.html#expandedsignerlist)

(Along with a couple other small fixes for typos and such)
