xrpl-py 1.5.0 released

A new version of xrpl-py is now available on GitHub and PyPI.

This version updates the NFToken naming convention to be consistent across the board with the latest 1.9.0 renames (This is a breaking change for NFT development work!). It also adds a helper function to parse NFTokenIDs. The last note worthy addition is you can now set flags with booleans in addition to number flags. There are also several additional small fixes which you can read about in the full release notes.
