xrpl.js 2.9.0 released

A new version of xrpl.js is now available on GitHub and npm.

Notable changes include:

- feat: `NetworkId` field support including auto-filling and to server_info response by @dangell7 in #2216 (also added to ripple-binary-codec)

- Exported many types used by public objects
- Added types for new/missing ledger objects and fields

Shout out to all the community contributors who made contributions to xrpl.js over the last month :)
