xrpl.js 2.8.1 released

A new version of xrpl.js is now available on GitHub and npm.

Notable changes include:

- feat: add support for node v20 by @mvadari in #2303

- Added userAgent and usageContext to faucet transactions by @jonathanlei in #2309

- Issue 2212. Improve NFToken.URI handling for empty and undefined values by @crtag in #2218

Amongst many more fixes for edge cases & models.
