Any Short course for beginners?

Hello.

I'm a musculoskeletal radiologist, and I'm interested in Biomechianics
including kinematics and kinetics of human joints.

I'm happy to known and use this nice tool XROMM.


However, I'm still struggling with XROMM (Human trial).

I think I need to study XROMM and biomechanics.


Is there any available short course of XROMM for beginners ?

Actually I'm not familiar with Maya.
