Changes of XPT @ github.com

[dr-dr xp]

xpt@github won't contain src/ or dist/ dir any more. Source code for developing is now branch master. Compacted version is in branch dist. 

After next time pulling XPT from github. You need to modify your 'runtimepath' setting.

This change does not relate to releases on vim.org.
