Senior Web Developer

Description:
The candidate should be able to perform all aspects of the development
tasks, including front-end, back-end, and database development.
Specific responsibilities of the candidate will include:
• Developing and maintaining software applications especially (Web
applications and Data Driven applications).
• Designing software solutions to meet the customer needs and to be
durable and maintainable.
• Working with clients and review panels to identify recommendations
for the appropriate technical, business and human factors solutions.
• Promoting a collaborative work environment with team members and
customers, providing task analysis and technical insight to help
develop and deliver the needed capabilities.
• Leading staff in defining and tracking project requirements, plans,
and schedules.
• Leading program reviews as necessary.
• Giving presentations and demos.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science or Computer Engineering with
at least 5 years of hands on experience in web development.
• Must have deep expertise in various web applications development
using AJAX, HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL, UML, .NET.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities are required.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a deadline driven
environment.
• Ability to work successfully both independently and in a team
setting
• Excellent understanding of database modeling
• Excellent Software Development Lifecycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Creative problem-solving skills and an ability to apply business
logic to development requirements
• Strong knowledge of database and information architecture, with web
application integration
• Cross-browser/platform experience
• Experience working with, designing and developing Content Management
Systems
• Needs to be detail-oriented, resourceful, and work well under
pressure
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are
essential

Technical Skills:
• Object Oriented Analysis & Design, UML.
• C# .NET, VB .NET, ASP.NET, ADO .NET, LINQ, Web Services, and WCF.
• ASP.NET AJAX, Java script, CSS, XML, XPath, XSLT.
• MS SQL Server (2000, 2005, 2008), MS Access.
• VSTS & TFS, VSS.
• Crystal Reports, Microsoft Reports.
• Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio.
• SharePoint and WWF will be a plus.
• Active Directory Programming will be a Plus.
