[안내] 공인인증 제품책임자(CSPO) 과정

안녕하세요, Odd-e 박준표입니다.

한국에서는 처음으로 CSPO(공인인증 스크럼 제품책임자 과정)이 열립니다. 

Odd-e 에 합류하면서, 스크럼마스터 과정 이외에 제품책임자(CSPO), 개발자(CSD)과정도 열어보고 싶다는 소망이 있었는데, 드디어 한국에 이 수업을 소개할 수 있게 되어서 기쁩니다. 

이 수업을 기다렸던 분들은 여기(링크)에서 교육등록을 하실 수 있습니다. 원하시는 분들은 등록을 해두시면 좋습니다. 사전에 이 수업을 기다렸던 분들이 이미 등록을 하고 계시거나 마친 상태이고, 대략 10자리 정도의 여유가 남아 있습니다.

1. 

저는 스크럼마스터로 일할 때, 제품책임자를 돕고 협업하는 것이 쉽지 않은 문제였습니다. 다른 역할들과 마찬가지로 SCRUM FRAMEWORK는 어떻게 제품책임자가 일을 잘 할 수 있는지는 가르쳐주지 않아서 부단히 INSPECT-ADOPT 해가며 배우는 수 밖에 없었습니다. 제품 로드맵을 만드는 것, Impact Mapping, 계약이나 예산을 다루는 것 등 다양한 시도들과 학습도 이 과정에서 하나하나 습득하게 되었습니다. 

이번에 소개하게 되는 CSPO과정은 이런 시행착오들을 조금 줄여주고, 그간 우리가 해왔던 여러 시도들을 함께 모여서 토론하고 이야기 나누며 정리할 수 있는 시간이 될 수 있을거라는 기대가 있습니다. 이미 스크럼을 실행하고 있는 팀들에게는 기존 경험과 정리된 지식을 연결하는 기회로, 새로 스크럼을 시작하는 팀에게는 미리 다양한 경험을 준비할 수 있는 시간이 되길 기대하고 있습니다.

2. Course Introduction

교육 과정에서 다루는 주제들은 Odd-e 과정소개에서 더 자세히 보실 수 있습니다. 

On the first day we'll experience using the Scrum framework to develop a product. We'll plan, design and estimate the most valuable items and then build them using iterative and incremental deliveries. 

As we build the product we'll also use the Scrum framework to discover more about our product and how we're working using the principles of transparency and inspection. Based on what we discover we'll adapt our product and working practices the pursuit of improved outcomes. 

The workshop is highly interactive and structured around group activities and dialogue. It's suitable for anyone who wants an understanding of Scrum including team members, product owners, scrum masters, business analyists, project managers, senior managers, functional managers, users and other stakeholders. 

The workshop will also provide many deep insights from the course leader's extensive experience. 

Whether this is your first step on your agile journey or you're already on a path of continuous learning and exploration, this course provides opportunities for you to experience all the elements of Scrum including: 

• managing product development
  
• working in self-managing teams
  
• building a product incrementally and iteratively
  
• inspecting and adapting
  
• identifying impediments
  
• facilitation

Stuart 는 영국에서 개발자로 일하며 XP, SCRUM을 실천해 온 공인인증 트레이너입니다. 아시아 최대 애자일 컨퍼런스인 Agile Singapore 의 Organizer 이기도 한 그는 Royal Bank of Scotland, COMMERZBANK  등 금융 쪽에서 XP, SCRUM의 경험이 풍부한 개발자이자 컨설턴트입니다.
