We are having problem with the xpdui.

There were some problems with the scan script and we tried to restart xpdui .  Then we got error messages showing that it cannot fine pet1.  When we type bt.list() or xrun(0,0), name is not defined.

Please advise.

The battery scan script stopped before we restart the xpdui, the error messages are here

As suggested by the error message, it seems the area detector is not properly connected, therefore all the startup sequence afterward fail, including xrun and bt.

Could you make sure the area detector and all the devices are properly connected?

the problem seems started in the morning when beam was dumped at 8 AM.

The script stopped but we can still run individual xrun. However, the script is not working anymore.

Then I ased the user to restart xpdui, then nothing is working, even after rebooting the computer.
