analysis server is running and viz server is plotting, but nothing is saved

running xrun(0,0) and the detector triggers, we see the 2D plot of the dark_sub image etc., we see the 1D integrated pattern appear and the fq and gr but when we look in tiff_base we see the tiff image (good) but none of the .chi, .gr etc. files are present in xpdUsers
