Lightning talks?

Usually a fun evening to have a bunch of lightning talks, the hard bit is convincing a few folk to put something together.

The joy of these talks is they don't have to be too deep to make an impact on people, just a small idea you've had or been working with lately.

Who can I persuade to get up and speak for a little bit? If you're new to public speaking I'm more than happy to give you some help in putting together your talk if you're nervous. (Don't worry, it's a friendly audience).
