As Anthony reminded everyone last week, Spring is in the air which means what better time is there to spring-clean your software processes and come and chat with other like-minded folk at the regular Lean Kanban Coffee Morning.

It's also a great opportunity to try out some ideas before the in-person meetup later the same day.

Doors open at 7.30am UK time. (If I'm late, please wait in the lobby - I'll be hosting from a new location) and the chat will begin around 7.45 at the latest.
