I will be there at around 3:00 PM. We can start together at that time or I encourage you (Alex & Nina) to start before I get to the fifth floor of 835 Market. I hope one of the rooms will be available but I don't know for sure. Alternative meeting locations are available on that floor. These include the study cubicles past Sameer's office and the open lounge with windows beside the checkin desk next to the elevators. I hope the green laptops will provide enough of a security pass to keep from being bothered by any security guards.

June wants help moving things from here to the reception so I'm not likely
to get there before 3:00
