My XO 1.5 development machine died today. Not sure why. Sameer took
it today after the meeting to see what he and others can do with it.
I'm feeling a bit bummed. I'm temporarily without a demo XO for the
first time in quite awhile. For thost that missed it the meeting went
very well. Our planning with June, Alex and Lyz kicked things off
before they left. Then Sameer gave a great presentation with pictures
on his Jamaican deployment.

Let me know how you guys are (or aren't) progressing with regards to
Toaster and timing.

I'm thinking of doing another sprint on Monday at noisebridge. What
do you think? Can anyone else predict yet if they can make it for
sure?

Grant,

I was (still am) planning to be there and will probably be early.
It conflicts with the monthly sflug evening meeting this (coming) week.
Does that change anything?

ps I'm happy to give you my 1.5 in order to get you out of your misery:-)
Where ever we decide to go on Monday, I'll bring it.

cheers,
ak

Anthony

Noisebridge. I will get there in about an hour and a half, about 1:00 PM today.

I just gave a group of unemployed people near Sunnyvale 160 Ubuntu CDs.  I am an alumni of www.promatch.org - a fantastic group. I was inspired in part because the LoCo Council last night will be cleaning up the problems we have in the Ubuntu California team. A full log of the IRC meeting is available at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/CaliforniaTeam/Meetings/10September19  As 10.10.10 is the date of release for 10.10 Maverick Meerkat I was happy to find a place where these 10.04 Lucid Lynx discs would go to good use.

Never a dull moment.
