I am sure you have all heard about this multiple times, right? This
Friday is the reception. Saturday and Sunday are presentations. A
Toaster/Sugar Development session is scheduled for 10:30 on Saturday.

I need some help with this presentation. I'm also now scheduled to
fly out Sunday evening to Orlando, FL to attend http://uds.ubuntu.com
all week.

Grant,

I am free to help since Friday morning and the whole weekend, if you need any help with the presentation or with something for the summit.
Just let me know.

Kind regards,
Nina

Hi Nina,

I would love to sprint on Toaster with you. Do you have a development
environment setup yet? Have you looked at the code yet? We could
certainly use help moving toaster along. How versed are you regarding
the python code required to build Sugar Applications? I made a
request to Adam and Sameer for advice, both of whom mentioned Bernie.
I look forward to meeting and working with him to pull together an
appropriate presentation for whatever audience shows up at the
session. I think references from the Toaster pages will be helpful
too as I've tucked away a few interesting links like the hour long
video talk given by Charles Merriam and other resources I and our team
has used to get up to speed on building Toaster.

For the Summit our planning process has been going on every week now
for two months so we have many things already in motion. However
there are always things that come up at the last minute. I will let
our organizing team know about your offer. Friday I have a lunch
meeting and will be getting there as soon as I can before the 5-7
reception. We can coordinate then. Give me a call if you want to
chat before that.

Cheers,

Grant

Nina, how does a sprint sound in the afternoon before the reception
starts at 5:00?

Sure, I can be there anytime since morning, just when it is better for you.

Kind regards,

I am now shooting to be on site at 2pm which is when the doors open to us.

Nina: If you are there, we could at least introduce ourselves to each
other and may be even talk a little about Grant's Toaster project. Who
knows, we might even get something productive done:-)

There is an 11" x 120' poster that needs to be hung and June would like me
to help with that.

Sameer: re: the above- I'm bringing some blue masking tape and some double
sided tape that I think can be used to do the job in an aesthetically
pleasing way (June's requirement!)

I will try to be there around 2. It really depends on the bus schedule.
Anyways, even if all buses and even BART are late I think I will be there before 3.

Just in case, my cell is 510-366-7576.

See you all then,
Nina
