Bug in Expl label translate

There was a bug in expl compiler that caused quoted strings to be parsed as labels if they had a colon in it.

This was fixed in the github repo before the start of the semester.

But I the version downloadable from the roadmap doesn't contain this fix.

Please make sure that you download the latest version from github.
