Adding Navaneeth

  Could you please add three people to the list of people who can approve pull requests in xosnitc.github.io 

1.  Navaneeth Kishore (daltonfury) 

2.  Me (kmura...@gmail.com )

A clarification was reported from IIT Palakad where  it is being done now. 

Navaneeth has made the change can given a pull request.

Hi sir,

I have sent invites to you and Navaneeth to join the developers' lists for the repositories in https://github.com/orgs/xosnitc. Once you accept the invitation, you should be able to approve pull requests in all repositories. Let me know if there is any issue.

I have also invited you to the owners' list, so that you will be able to administer the users and the repositories.
