register xontrib, what to do?

Hi,

I have some little tools that I feel might be useful to other people, to let people query/explain a postgresql database from xonsh.   github links at

But I am confused on how to distribute the code as xontrib, can some one help?

Maybe this pull request on when histcpy was added to xonsh helps: https://github.com/xonsh/xonsh/pull/3137

1.) Make sure you build a package that installs in xontrib and is on pypi.org

2.) Open a pull request to xonsh that adds your xontrib to xonsh/xontribs.json
