A conversational AI (chatbot) for Xomidhan

Dear All,

I am considering the possibilities of building a conversational AI (chatbot) for Xomidhan using the existing question answers database. The ideal is to build a RAG system using some pre-trained LLM model which will be able to instantly answer questions asked by the students based on the available answers. Users may still be optionally allowed to forward the questions to the counsellors. Since we have been working on building such chatbots for some time now, would love to explore this if this sounds useful to all of you.
