Till date, Assamese does not have a spell-checker that can claim to be 100% reliable. As you might be knowing XOBDO.ORG is taking a challenging task of creating a spell-checker that is accurate and reliable as much as possible. Considering the affixes that can be added to Assamese words, the task is very complex and gigantic. 'Banan-Litikai', 'Xobdo-Litikai' or simply 'Litikai' is the spell-checking tool that XOBDO.ORG is trying to develop. We need lots of volunteers to add raw data, validate thousands of computer generated words, cross-check words other members have added or suggested.
