[ANNOUNCE] Released xnoise v0.2.20

[shuerhaaken]

xnoise media player v0.2.20 and it's plugins have been released.

There are some GUI changes and a new media folder monitoring: The media
folder is automatically monitored for changed, deleted or added media
files. Changes that have been made during the time that xnoise was not
running will also be reflected in the library a few seconds after the
next start of xnoise.

A SPECIAL NOTE FOR PACKAGERS:
The libtaginfo version for builds must be >= 0.2.0 . There is a new
version for libtaginfo now (API/ABI break!). So make sure there will not
be any problems then.

Libtaginfo [1] is a C++ wrapper of taglib and provides C and vala
bindings.
