anonymization causes prearchive error (1.8.0.1)

Attached is an example file. If anonymization is off, this get added just fine.

If I have this script:    https://nrg.wustl.edu/projects/DICOM/BasicAppLevelConf.das

added as the anonymization script for the Project, then I get an error in the prearchive.  

The details button gives:

XNAT has encountered an error with your request:
Exception: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 1; columnNumber: 1; Premature end of file.
If this error continues to occur, please contact your system administrator with information about how to recreate the problem.

Any ideas?

This is the first script from this page, right: https://wiki.xnat.org/xnat-tools/dicombrowser ? You're running into the warning: "WARNING: this script removes so much metadata that the resulting files are generally unsuitable for upload to XNAT." Essentially, this script is way too heavy-handed to be used with XNAT (or really, used at all, to be honest). At the bare minimum, XNAT will not be able to do anything with data after running this script because it's deleting all of the SOP Instance, Study Instance, and Series Instance UIDs, but there's likely going to be other major issues besides just that.

Well, that explains it!  I found that script via https://wiki.xnat.org/workshop-2016/step-4-of-8-write-anonymization-scripts-29032852.html which doesn't carry that warning.

I'll try something a little less heavy handed. I'm sure that was the problem. Thanks!
