Since update to 1.8.8.1 Images Not Available on Site After Moving from Pre-Archive to Archive

Issue Summary: Since we updated to 1.8.8.1 new images uploaded to the prearchive are unavailable for download or view once they have moved to the archive. The images are moving in the file system as expected, so luckly we havent lost anything.

There doesnt seem to be any errors in the tomcat log of note, Xnat logs have several errors which appear to be related (dicom.log specifically)

Hoping someone can give a bit of advice on resolution.

XNAT Version: 1.8.8.1

Tomcat: 9.0.76
