Hey Daniel,

I'm sorry I missed this post when you sent it. Are you still having this issue? If so, at what point do you get this error? Is the XNAT desktop client already running when you click the Download via App button or does it have to start up first? Lastly, what platform are you running the desktop client on?

We are on XNAT 1.10.0, and XNAT Desktop Client v3.2.5.
