Hello, we are using XNAT 1.8. I have used the DQR plugin to pull around 1000 images into XNAT. The project prearchive settings were set to

"All image data will be placed into the archive automatically, but anything matching existing files will be rejected. Data which doesn't match a pre-existing project will be placed in an 'Unassigned' project."

Unfortunately every session produced some warnings about unparseable DICOM information, and I'm assuming this is why they are now all stuck in the prearchive. To try to get around this, I changed the project prearchive settings to

"All image data will be placed into the archive automatically and will overwrite existing files. Warnings about non-parsable DICOM data or duplicated SOP Instance UIDs will be ignored. Data which doesn't match a pre-existing project will be placed in an 'Unassigned' project."

It appears that I can successfully rebuild the images, but when I try to archive more than one session at a time, they produce another error status in the prearchive. The details page for the session doesn't actually say there's an error, it just has a bunch of  non-DICOM (or non-parsable DICOM) files warnings

Interestingly, if I go to the details page, and click "archive", I am prompted saying that "merging into the preexisting session will override the following warnings", and if I click Proceed, the images archive just fine.

Turns out the project has created an empty subject for each participant, but is not able to actually archive the images in there unless I click it manually for each one.

What is the best way for me to batch-archive these images?
