Disable xsync when remote destination is unreachable

Hi,

We were running an XNAT that was receiving data from remote sites via xsync. Our XNAT has now been decommissioned, but one of the remote sites still has an active xsync plugin on their end. It tries and fails to connect to the destination and issues emails detailing the failure.

When they attempt to uncheck the "enabled" box on the sync, they are prompted for their login credentials to the destination.

Is there a way to disable xsync in this case?
