CT image appears blank in OHIF and SNAPSHOT

Hello,

I have a set of anonymized CT's from an external collaborator which doesn't appear correctly on the OHIF viewer (all HU values are zero), and the auto-import pipeline renders the SNAPSHOT image to appear blank as well. Using MicroDICOM I was able to load the same image and view it without any trouble. Converting to NIfTI, the image appears fine as well. 

I am trying to get permission to share a slice with metadata (as I mentioned, it is shared data); but can anyone suggest which fields might be missing from the header which could be causing this problem? I also had a quick look at the OHIF logs and didn't see any warnings or errors that I could determine.
