XNAT archive error

Hi,

I have noticed an archive error recently with XNAT 1.8.10.1.  <Archive> button press on prearchive or direct archive is not archiving images into XNAT.  The erroring is immediate up on <Archive> press. 

However, the <Review and Archive> option archives the images with the following warnings.

Xnat version is 1.8.10.1 on Red Hat 8.9 

PostgresSQL 16.1

This should be resolved in 1.9.3.1 (released today).  

For posterity, the issue here was related to catalog lock files that were being created and lingering to long during the archive process.  They showed up as 'non-dicom' files and blocked the auto-archive process (though manual archiving worked).  In 1.9.3.1 we moved the lock files out of that folder so it shouldn't happen again.
