Issue Regarding Deletion of Subjects from XNAT Web Interface.

We are facing issues while deleting some specific subjects from XNAT. It gives us "ERROR 500" when we try to delete some subjects like shown below. 

We have also tried to delete them by using xapi but it still did not work.

We are unable to get to the root of the cause, any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!

Are there any errors in the log files at the time of this failure?  I think there would probably be something in the tomcat/webapps/{WEBAPP}/logs folder.  if you cd to that directory and do a 'tail -f *.log', while reproducing the issue, I suspect something will show up.

It looks like this is failing when trying to delete the CT Session.  We had a similar problem, and I found that Rick's solution from this thread worked for me:
