XNAT 1.9.3.1 is released

The XNAT team has released XNAT 1.9.3.1, which is a hotfix version that addresses a few key issues in the 1.9.3 release. This version of XNAT does not require any plugin changes or affect any other compatibility. Here is a quick summary of what changed:

• Two updates to DICOM importing that improve performance and reliability when importing at scale, particularly in multi-node XNATs

• A bugfix in file deletion logic for files with multiple extensions
