Hello everyone,
When I choose "Option 1: Download via Desktop Client" to download images, there occurs an error. Emm...Does anything I forget to do?
I download XNAT Desktop Client (BETA) on Windows10. And it can upload images successfully.
Could you help me?

That is strange. Are you able to select option 2 from XNAT to download the XML and then go into the Desktop Client, click 'Download files' and then select the XML file you just downloaded?

Hello Mike,
I could download the XML file and select for downloading images. Finally, it said "finished", but exactly nothing was downloaded.

Thanks for trying that! Could you also try the ZIP download option? If that doesn't work then I think the issue is on the XNAT side rather than with the Desktop Client (though the error messaging should be improved regardless).

Try turning on the dev tools (go to the DevTools menu and select Toggle DevTools) then, in the dev tools window that comes up, switch to the console view and see if anything interesting appears there.
